By checking the box and agreeing to receive services from TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC provides dog behavior coaching, training, education, and related services. Services may be provided directly by TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC and/or by independent contractors, affiliates, or third-party service providers engaged by the company.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that working with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, property damage, and behavioral unpredictability. By participating in any services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your dog’s behavior and participation.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or behavioral outcomes, arising from or related to services provided by TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC, its independent contractors, or any third-party service providers.

4. Independent Contractors & Third-Party Providers

You acknowledge that some services may be performed by independent contractors or third-party providers who are not employees of TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC. TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC does not control, supervise, or guarantee the actions, omissions, or performance of such providers and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their services.

5. No Guarantee of Results

You understand and agree that dog training and behavior modification results vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to owner consistency, environment, dog temperament, and prior history. No guarantees of specific outcomes or results are made or implied.

6. Client Responsibility

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

Following all instructions and recommendations provided

Managing and handling your dog safely

Ensuring your dog is healthy, properly vaccinated, and legally permitted to participate

Maintaining consistent training practices outside of scheduled sessions

7. Release & Indemnification

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC, its owners, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your participation in services or your dog’s actions.

8. Media Release & Recording Consent

Client acknowledges and agrees that training sessions, evaluations, virtual sessions, and related services may be recorded in video, audio, or photographic format for training, educational, quality control, and promotional purposes.

Client grants TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC, its owners, contractors, agents, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display such recordings and images, which may include the Client and/or Client’s dog, for lawful business purposes including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media, website content, educational materials, digital programs, and internal training materials.

Client understands that no compensation will be provided for such use.

If Client does not wish to grant media consent, Client must notify TROY JORDAN MCDANIEL LLC in writing prior to the start of services.

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement
